Senaste Nytt från Belgien - la Chouffe statyn stulen!

Nyheten når mig via FedEx-kollegan i Belgien, statyn som bryggeriet La Chouffe haft i anslutning till bryggeriet och som varit en symbol synligt på långt avstånd har blivit stulen! Jean-Lou barbette, Operational Manager på bryggeriet säger: "More valuable than the financial value is the image, since the statue is unique and created by an artist from the region, and is the mascot of the brewery.
It is not our goal to punish those who took the dwarf, but we want to find him and will not hesitate to compensate the persons who help us."
Vi i Ölrådet uppmanar alla som rör sig i den Belgiska regionen att hålla utkik efter humletomten som är av koppar, ungefär 2 meter hög och väger 200 kilo.
Vi hoppas alla att bryggeriet så snart som möjligt kan återfå sin maskot.
